Session 9: CPU Prototype Part 1

This is our first CPU prototype draft. We haven’t added the other details yet. We are still missing the function for 2nd-4th button and the other animation effects. Feel free posting comments.

Hi,
I think the layout is attractive. The mouseover effect is also interesting. But I find problem when I click the button to display the CD. The CD is not disappeared for by itself and covers many things. So, I try to find another button to close the CD and finally I realized that I need to click the same button again to close it.
Another problem I found is that the sentence displayed in the CD is difficult to be read as the sentence is separated by the centre hole of the CD.
I hope you can understand my points as I find these problems are difficult to describe in words.

Actually the prototype isn’t finished yet.. There are lots to add but still need time to really work on it.. The cd isn’t final yet.. but we just added it for the viewers to have an idea how it works.. We are both currently doing the animation effects for the cd and floppy as well.. and We are still figuring out how to make the text curve like a rainbow.. any idea about this?? anyways.. we’ll put in mind of the points brought up.. During the weekends we will both be continuing with the work.. And hopefully do all the things..
